The Institute for Change & Transition (IFCT) grew out of the work Phillip Moffitt started doing once he sold Esquire magazine where he was CEO and Editor-in-Chief. The IfCT methodology, and tools developed by Phillip is taught to select strategists, who have graduated from the training program. To launch IfCT, a new division of Life Balance Institute, branding and a website was needed to inform clients about the organization and it’s offerings, and support strategists as they share this work with the world.
