SERVICES

Children & Adult Sessions

Movement Regulation Sessions (ages 6 - 10)

Movement Regulation sessions are in-person, one-on-one or group sessions designed to support neurodivergent kids through movement to build mind-body connection, nervous system regulation, focus, confidence, and readiness for learning in school and beyond.

Please schedule 15min consultation before scheduling this session.

Hoop Dance Classes (all ages)

Modern hoop dance is inspired by a range of movement traditions, including Indigenous hoop dance, which carries deep cultural and storytelling significance. These classes are offered with respect for those origins while focusing on modern flow and fitness-based practice.

Hoop Dance Lessons are 45-minute in-person or virtual sessions, tailored to your experience level and focused on single or double hoop techniques.

Beginners will learn foundational movements that build into a flowing sequence, while experienced students will deepen technique and creativity.

Personal Training (12+)

Personal Training sessions are one-hour sessions that are individualized, age-appropriate (8+ years old), neurodivergent-friendly, and trauma informed. I focus on improving movement quality, addressing muscular imbalances, and developing proper technique to help you achieve your goals safely and effectively.

Group Fitness Zoom Classes (12+)

Group resistance training classes are one-hour sessions held M/W/F on Zoom, designed to build a strong mind-body connection through intentional movement.

Each class emphasizes proper form, injury prevention, and correcting muscular imbalances within a supportive group environment. These sessions are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body!

Academic Intervention / Tutoring

Tutoring sessions are half-hour or one-hour early intervention supports in reading, math, or social-emotional skills for Kindergarten through Second grade students, including those with and without learning or attention differences.

As a California certificated Education Specialist, I design individualized sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs, learning style, and personality. Sessions are assessment based to ensure your student is meeting grade standards, engaging, supportive, and incorporate play-based learning to build foundational skills and confidence.
